The Defiled Reins is a reward for completing the Dungeons & Raids meta-achievement 
[Glory of the Legion Raider]. It summons the Grove Defiler.
Mount Journal
The Grove Wardens of the Emerald Dream were some of the first to fall to the corrupting influence of the Nightmare.
