Defiled Reins teach the Grove Defiler, an Emerald Nightmare-themed moose mount. This mount is rewarded by 
[Glory of the Legion Raider], which requires completing a variety of tasks in the Emerald Nightmare and Nighthold raids.
It represents a corrupted version of the 
[Grove Warden].
Mount Journal
The Grove Wardens of the Emerald Dream were some of the first to fall to the corrupting influence of the Nightmare.
