Dreamweaver is a faerie located in Ardenweald and a supporting character in the Ardenweald storyline. Dreamweaver appears to be a caretaker of the wildseeds in Tirna Vaal and the surrounding Tranquil Pools. He has the ability to gaze into the dreams of the wildseeds' spirits, soothe their nightmares, and even project others' minds into said dreams.
The player first helps him with preparing for the initial arrival of the Winter Queen and then helps in the protection and eventual revival of a certain powerful wildseed from Azeroth, eventually revealed to be Ysera.
Dreamweaver can be seen in the Emerald Dream. He also attended the gathering in Amirdrassil when it bloomed on the Dragon Isles after Fyrakk's death.

Night Fae Covenant members can soulbind with Dreamweaver after completing 
[60] Bound in Dreams.
