Deathfang is Margrave Draka's pet helhound. He is a fierce hunter and faithful friend who enjoys playing fetch.[1]
Deathfang helps defend the Bleak Redoubt when it's attacked by Baron Vyraz's forces, fighting alongside the Soulfused Construct.[2] He can be seen sleeping in the Covenant Sanctum version of the Seat of the Primus, in the northeastern corner of the main hall.
The hound accompanies Draka to Stonevigil Overlook in Revendreth on the mission to stop the Tithelord.[3] When Provisoner Kraus escapes the town with an anima shipment, Draka and the heroes mount Deathfang to catch up with and stop the carriage.[4] Later, Deathfang participates in the assault on the House of Rituals, fighting at the southern entrance to the house.[5]
During the world quest 
[50-60WQ] Deathfang's Favorite Toy, the hound can be found southeast of the Theater of Pain and players have to help him exercise using a 
[Throwin' Skull].
