Plaguey is a slime initially found crawling in a circle around Plague Deviser Marileth at Marileth's laboratory in the House of Plagues in Maldraxxus. It later accompanies Marileth and Kevin in the defense of the Seat of the Primus during 
[53-60] In Death We Are Truly Tested and [53-60] The Door to the Unknown. After completion of [53-60] The Door to the Unknown, Koa can be seen riding Plaguey around the inside the Seat. Finally, in the Covenant Sanctum version of the Seat, Plaguey can be found crawling around near Marileth and his other slimes in the fortress' northwestern laboratory.
Plaguey appears as a small brown slime at the House of Plagues, as a large blue slime at the end of [53-60] The Door to the Unknown, and once again as a small brown slime in the Covenant Sanctum version of the Seat.
