Cartel Ta is one of the broker cartels. Matriarch Ta'dolla is presumably the leader of Cartel Ta or at least someone influential within the cartel.[1]
They have a strong presence in the Hall of Curiosities in Oribos where they specialize in sourcing exotic beasts and stabling them. There they also provide access to Void Storage, the ability to use transmogrification magics and brokers who can alter people's appearance.[2] Cartel Ta vendors sell an assortment of exotic items in the hall. The cartel also runs the inn at the Idyllia.[3] They have dealings with Cartel Ba in Oribos.[4]
They run Transfer Station Ta in Bastion. There various captured creatures from Bastion, bound to be exported elsewhere in the Shadowlands through the broker portals, can be seen in cages or being handled by brokers. The brokers there also appear to be collecting various items, presumably related to Bastion, including centurion parts.
The Night Market, in Revendreth, where the Shadowlands Black Market Auction House could be found is also operated by the cartel. Cartel Ta was given permission to establish the Night Market by The Fearstalker.[5] Market Collectors can be seen gathering pieces of the local flora, presumably shipping them off-world. The cartel also provides decorations for the Ember Court.[6]
In Maldraxxus, Ta'eran, with the aid of a Maw Walker, collected the writings of the Primus and Margraves from the Sepulcher of Knowledge.[7]
Cartel Ta is apparently in charge of the Tazavesh Portal Authority.[8] They also run a ferry that travels between Oribos and Tazavesh [9] and the flightmaster in the Gilded Landing is also from Cartel Ta.
In Korthia the cartel has quietly spread observational devices all across the realm for the purpose of collecting information. Ta'nasi tasks Maw Walkers on retrieving the data from these devices.[10]

Notes
- [Urn of Knowledge] mentions a "Ny'lad of Cartel Ta", but that goes against the broker naming rule where the name of the cartel they belong to is attached as a prefix to their name.
