Zhu Province.

Zhu Province is the pandaren-claimed territory in northeastern Krasarang Wilds and is considered the gateway to the wilds by most of Pandaria.[1] Zhu's Watch stands watch near its center preventing wild creatures from leaving the jungles into the Valley of the Four Winds. The town makes sure all three memorial fires stay lit, near the border, which generally keeps the beasts at bay. The province is also home to two ponds that have currently been drained by the sha energies and created elementals from the water and salt.

There's a small unnamed cave to the north claimed by the Wildscale saurok.

Zhu Province Digsite

Zhu's Watch and the area southwest of it is a pandaren archaeology dig site.

Exploring Azeroth

WoW-novel-logo-16x62.png This section concerns content related to the Warcraft novels, novellas, or short stories.

Following the awakening of the Dragon Isles, Chen Stormstout, Li Li Stormstout, and Catelyn the Blade visited the Zhu Province after the Ruins of Ogudei. At Catelyn's request, the villagers directed the trio to a potential dig site. In the end, they found nothing more than an old pile of rubbish containing rusty apothecary tins. Neither Chen nor Li Li could read the ancient design and writing describing the contents, with Li Li noting that archaeology was not her interest.[1]

Notes

  • It's always raining in this area, including the town.
  • Mounts work inside the cavern.
  • The  [Saurok Stone Tablet] is found inside the cave.
