Vhel'kur is an undead black dragon flying in an endless circle above Netherwing Ledge in southeastern Shadowmoon Valley. According to the Ancient Shadowmoon Spirit, Vhel'kur is a "spawn of Deathwing" who called the ledge his home in life until he was killed by Teron Gorefiend.[1]
Vhel'kur's titanic skeleton remains on the Netherwing Ledge (apparently where Gorefiend slew him). He can be ranged pulled from one of the hills on the Ledge, but he lands very quickly, and it is advisable to have a tank ready to pick him up. 
[Spectrecles] are required to see or damage him.
