John "Johnny" Nixon is the former leader of a small gang in Westfall consisting of many less fortunate individuals who are looking for their own place in the world. Oftentimes, Johnny would steal from a rich family in order to feed either his own family, or even a neighboring one if they are fighting for survival. After the Cataclysm shook the world and caused a strange, arcane spiral to manifest from the grounds of his lands, Johnny and his gang found themselves in distress as they find hundreds of former war veterans coming from Northrend are now homeless. With the aid of his gang, he tried his best to aid the cause, even though many of their actions did more harm than good.

When Hope Saldean revealed herself as Vanessa VanCleef, daughter of Defias kingpin Edwin VanCleef, and unleashed her forces upon Sentinel Hill, Johnny saw an opportunity to sack the town with the idea of hauling the supplies over to those who felt needed them more. After a few moments of gathering a few sacks of goods, however, he noticed a fight had broken out between his gang and the Stormwind Guard. As he ran towards his gang to support them, he quickly realized that the battle had been lost and his only option was either to accept imprisonment or flee the scene and survive unscathed. He attempted to sneak out of the town unseen, though a roaming guard had found and chased him to the border of Duskwood, wherein Johnny sprinted into the dark woods, leaving the guard to return to his superiors and report the occurrence. A few patrols have been sent in to find him, though given their lack of men available at home, their searches have thus been unsuccessful. It is unknown where Johnny has gone to, or if he even still lives.
