Talonstalker Kavia is a void elf agent of the Blacktalon, serving Wrathion in the Waking Shores.

History

Kavia was first seen in Scalecracker Keep, keeping an eye and an ear throughout the keep. She provided an update about the Qalashi djaradin to an adventurer, when Wrathion requested it.[1] She and the other Blacktalons then moved to the Obsidian Bulwark and were among those helping to plan the strategy to attack the djaradin controlling the Obsidian Citadel. Scalecommander Emberthal hesitated about this attack and asked the adventurer to consult with Kavia. She had heard a rumor that the adventurer was in camp, and after surveying the area she let them use her scouting scope to see the size of the enemy army.[2] After the Citadel was claimed by Wration, Sabellian and their armies, Kavia relocated there. Both children of Deathwing contested for the leadership, and the adventurer was to ask their minions what they thought about their leader. Kavia stated that Wrathion did what needed to be done, just like he helped defeat the sha on Pandaria or got rid of Deathwing.[3] At the Obsidian Throne, she can also be seen overseeing the prisoner Jovax the Angry.

Kavia then went into the battlefield of the citadel and accompanied her master and his force when they were reforging Obsidian Oathstone. She defended the group when they were activating the Earth-Warder's Forge and warned that she could detect that the Cindershard Coal they needed for the forge had been altered by djaradin magic.[4]

As the fights for the citadel continued, she accepted several supplies and various items for future use and study, and also requested to help slay new threats that had emerged in order to avoid losing the citadel to the enemy.[5] She has little love for the Worldbreaker dragonkin because they follow a misplaced belief about Deathwing. When Weaponmaster Vordak, who once swore loyalty to the Black Prince, stole weapons crafted in the Citadel and gave them to the Worldbreakers, Kavia wanted Vordak killed and the weapons recovered.[6] She was aware of the adventurer's skill and experience so she had them train with the Blacktalon forces back at the Obsidian Bulwark so that they would be ready to defend the citadel.[7] To send a message and cripple the morale of the djaradin, she requested to slain several of them and plant the Flag of the Black Dragonflight on their corpses.[8] When djaradin stonebinders were threatening to break the very foundations of the Citadel, Kavia ordered to stop them by killing Stonewrecker Tokara and Molka The Grinder.[9]

After most of the enemies in Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible were defeated and the black dragonflight took control of it, Kavia reported the status of the area to Wrathion and Sabellian.[10]

Kavia also attended the gathering at Amirdrassil when it bloomed on the Dragon Isles after Fyrakk's death.
