Patch changes

Hotfix (2020-08-11): Resolved an issue that prevented Singe Magic from triggering the correct cooldown when [Glyph of Fel Imp] is applied to your [Summon Imp] spell.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now granted by [Command Demon] (was learned at level 68).
