Call Observer is a warlock PvP talent.
Patches
Patch 11.1.0 (2025-02-25): Removed.
Patch 11.0.2 (2024-08-13): Now deals 4% of its target's maximum health (was 8%).
Hotfix (2024-03-12): Health reduced to 6% of Warlock's health (was 8%) and Laserbeam damage reduced to 8% of enemy health (was 10%).
Hotfix (2023-05-04): Laserbeam no longer procs from unintended effects, and no longer damages player pets and summons.
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02):
- Demon health increased by 100%, range increased to 30 yards (was 20 yards), and cooldown decreased to 60 seconds (was 90 seconds).
- Damage increased to 10% of a player's max health (was 5%).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now available for all Warlock specializations (was Demonology only).
Hotfix (2022-08-01): Fixed an interaction with Demonology Warlock's Call Observer and Balance Druid's
[Fury of Elune] that was causing more damage than intended.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 46 honor talent to a level 20 PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-03-14): The Monk talent Ring of Peace and the Mage talent Arcane Orb should no longer trigger a Warlock's Call Observer more than once per cast.
