Summon Observer was a warlock ability. It was unlocked by the  [Glyph of the Observer] and replaced [Summon Felhunter].

Notes

Unlike other summons that were merged with their base counterparts in patch 10.1.5 as part of a customization update, Observers were completely removed. The reason given was that they were too visually different from their origin summon (felhunters).
