Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Damage increased by 80%.
Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): No longer costs Soul Shards. Fel Cleave's damage increased by 30% and is now cast 50% more frequently.
Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Now deals 200% of the caster's Spell Power per swing (was 5% of target’s maximum health). Cooldown of the ability increased to 2 minutes (was 1.5 minutes).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 28 honor talent to a PvP talent.
