Legacies

Legacies is a series of animated shorts serving as a prelude to World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. Each episode focuses on the ancient past as Nozdormu delves into them to gain the keys to save an uncertain future.^[1] The series was announced on October 20, 2022, and the first episode premiered on October 25, 2022.

Description

Announcement: Join Nozdormu, Aspect of the Bronze Dragonflight, as he travels through the history of Dragonkind. Their ancient past may hold the key to saving their uncertain future.

Chapter 1 video: Nozdormu, Aspect of the Bronze Dragonflight, encounters a disoriented warrior with fragmented memories. Sensing the warrior’s importance, Nozdormu seeks to guide her by offering a glimpse of his own distant past.

Chapter 1 site: Nozdormu, Aspect of the Bronze Dragonflight, encounters Emberthal, a disoriented warrior with fragmented memories. Sensing the warrior’s importance, he seeks to guide her by offering a glimpse into the violent path that led to the birth of the Aspects.

Chapter 2 video: Nozdormu transports Emberthal, the DracThyr^[sic] warrior, back in time to witness crucial moments in the history of the Dragon Aspects. A cautionary tale of both corruption and sacrifice.

Chapter 2 site: Nozdormu transports Emberthal, a commander of the Dracthyr, back in time to bear witness to the betrayal, treachery, and perilous power grab that changed the fate of the Dragon Aspects.

Chapter 3 video: Having shown Emberthal the Dragon Aspects’ rise and fall, Nozdormu takes her on a final trip back through time… so that she may unlock the mysteries of her own past.
