Captain Krazz is a Bilgewater Cartel captain of a zeppelin, carrying Horde units including an adventurer to the Twilight Highlands.[1] After surviving the Twilight's Hammer assault, he traveled to the Krazzworks to lead it. Unfortunately, the Wildhammer dwarves were already assaulting it.
During the Second War, he ferried Old Horde forces.[2]
At some point after the Cataclysm, Krazz went into retirement but came back to offer his consults when the Greasemonkeys prepared for an expedition to the Siren Isle. Krazz arrived to Dornogal and could be seen near the Princess's Pride, speaking with Earthen Stormrangers.[2]

The fact that he was among the goblins who ferried Old Horde forces during the Second War[2] might mean that he was originally part of the Steamwheedle Cartel and later left it to join the Bilgewater Cartel, or that the Bilgewater Cartel aided the Old Horde during the Second War as well.
