Blackscale is a black dragon that flies around Raven's Wood in northwestern Blade's Edge Mountains. He appears to be affiliated with the Wyrmcult. He can only be attacked when he lands.
Notes
He often times comes down from his flight to kill Dire Ravens in the area.
