The Visions of N'Zoth are instanced content introduced with patch 8.3.0, later re-introduced in patch 11.1.5, where adventurers have to delve into the future that the Old God N'Zoth envisioned for Azeroth. Players can enter visions from the Chamber of Heart accessed from Silithus: The Wound, or south of the Coreway in Dornogal. These can be completed solo or in groups up to five, and enemies' health will scale accordingly. Divided into five areas, split among three difficulties, clearing them will spawn chests at the post-vision area that contain mementos, quest items, masks, and cosmetics.
