Zephyr, called Zeph by Cupri,[2] is a Keepers of Time representative, in high elf visage, claw-picked by Nozdormu to serve in the Keepers of Time as a caretaker of the timeways. She is located in the World's End Tavern of Shattrath City, when not otherwise engaged in her crucial work of maintaining the pathway events leading to the Second War.[1] She offers a teleport to the Caverns of Time in Tanaris to players with revered Keepers of Time reputation.
She seems to enjoy the occasional beverage while at the Tavern.
According to Cupri, Zephyr has continued to investigate in Shattrath even when there is a relative security after the defeat of the Betrayer, Illidan Stormrage.[2][1]

Patch changes
Patch 2.4.0 (2008-03-25): A representative of the Keepers of Time has been spotted at the World's End Tavern in Shattrath. Players in good standing with the faction will be granted ease of passage to the Caverns of Time.
