Manaclaw is a blue drake found in the Mazthoril cave in Winterspring prior to the Cataclysm.
He usually freezed one of the party members (who was then rendered as "stunned") during the fight for a few seconds.
Abilities
Freezing Claw
Frost Breath — Inflicts Frost damage to enemies in a cone in front of the caster, stealing their mana and reducing their movement speed for 10 sec.

- The spell that freezes the player has a rabbit foot icon, which is a reference to the line, "I know dragons with feet like rabbits, tis true I swear!" from the computer game Baldur's Gate.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed. 
Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): Now occasionally drops 
[Mature Blue Dragon Sinew].
