And while you're aloft, remember... This land is the home of dragons! You and your drake may find some helpful magic along the way!

What say you? Care to try the Tyrhold Trial?

Academy Ascent

Dragonrider!

Good to see someone has made it here to my perch!

This course is called the Academy Ascent. It takes you all around the majestic grounds of the Algeth'ar Academy.

And, as this is a place once home to dragons, there's a little magic here and there to help you stay aloft.

Just... don't look down.

Are you and your drake ready, dragonrider?

Would you like to try this course?

Forbidden Reach

Southern Reach

This course is called the Southern Reach Route.

Along this route, you'll tour the southern edge of the Forbidden Reach, passing over Stormsunder Crater, Aerie Chasm, the Old Weyrn Grounds, and finally the Sharpscale Coast.

It's a quick route with many obstacles, so keep your eye on the skies and your hands on the reins.

Would you like to try the Southern Reach Route?

Kalimdor Cup

Azshara

Our aim with the Rocketway Ride is to show the Bilgewater Cartel what real speed is!

It's a winding, quick course that follows the Rocketway through Azshara.

Now, we dragonriders have a reputation to uphold, so get out there and break some Rocketway records!

Thousand Needles

Welcome to the Thousand Needles Thread.

The severe landscape of Thousand Needles makes an excellent backdrop for a course with quick turns and narrow choke points.

Can you thread your way through the Thousand Needles Thread, dragonrider?

Winterspring

Hail, dragonrider! Are you ready for the Winter Wander?

The snow really flies on this fast-paced slalom through the northern territories of Winterspring.

Its tight turns and steep climbs to chill and thrill you. Want to try it?

Nordrassil, Mount Hyjal

Elune-adore, dragonrider! Welcome to Mount Hyjal!

In this race, you will soar through the boughs of one of this land's most beautiful and ancient trees on a fast, looping course.

Ready to go out on a limb and try the Nordrassil Spiral?

Rim of the World, Mount Hyjal

Do you find the sound of a roaring fire relaxing, dragonrider?

Then the Hyjal Hotfoot is for you! Enjoy superheated updrafts as you fly through the Flamewake, around the Throne of Flame, and over the Rim of the World.

Well, are you "fired up" to race?

Ashenvale

Much like the Dragon Isles, this land, Ashenvale, is alive with history.

And the Ashenvale Ambit fast paced course through the area's ruins, shrines, and age-old forests gives a glimpse of some of it! Are you ready for a little history lesson?

Durotar

Welcome to the Durotar Tour, dragonrider.

Glide through the rugged landscape of the Valley of Trials and the seaside beauty of the Darkspear Strand on this expansive course.

Ready to ride?

Great Divite, Southern Barrens

I hope you brought your courage with you for this race, dragonrider!

This is the Great Divide Dive! This course sends you down into the fiery depths of the Great Divide, through the Overgrowth, and into the Nightmare Scar.

It's a quick course, but watch out for the flames of the Divide. We wouldn't want your wings singed, now would we? Ha ha!

Razorfen, Southern Barrens

I cannot think of a better place for a race than a rambling bramble of thorns filled with angry quilboar.

Actually, yes. Yes, I can.

But the twists and turns in this course--and the startled looks of the quillboar as you sail through their backyards--are worth it!

Would you like to try the Razorfen Roundabout, dragonrider?

Stonetalon Mountains

This dragonriding course is called Webwinder Weave and it's pretty obvious why...

On it, you will fly through Webwinder Path and around Mirkfallon Lake. But beware when flying through the trees of the webs and...

<The timekeeper gulps loudly.>

...the spiders. Oh, why did it have to be spiders?

Desolace

Desolace... even the name is evocative of open, empty spaces.

But the Desolace Drift will show you it is anything but!

On this course, you will glide through the Valley of Spears and the Kodo's Graveyard, but you will also fly over and through lush Karnum's Glade and the mystical Cenarion Wildlands.

Ready to "drift" through Desolace, dragonrider?

Feralas

I have been lucky to be assigned a course in an area with a... lively history!

And that history has left behind some awe-inspiring ruins. Our race, the Feralas Ruins Ramble, lets you get an up close--I mean a VERY up close--look at them.

Would you like to ramble back through time, dragonrider?

Un'Goro Crater

As a timekeeper, this crater fascinates me. Its primordial tar pits, ancient trees, marauding megafauna...

And the Un'Goro Crater Circuit lets you experience all of that as you trace the crater's edge.

But, some advice... If you hear something heavy coming through the trees, just keep flying!

Uldum

Welcome to a race set in a lush desert oasis!

On the Uldum Tour, you will ride the warm winds of this fertile delta on a tour of Uldum and its settlements. You will even ride right through one of its most sacred areas, the Chamber of the Sun!

Would you like to explore Uldum, dragonrider?

Silithus

Before you stretches the mysterious ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. This race, Ahn'Qiraj Circuit, challenges you to embrace the mystery on a winding path through its foreboding halls.

Would you like to try this course, dragonrider?

Eastern Kingdoms Cup

Twilight Highlands

Dragonrider, you made it. Take a deep breath, the air is quite thin up here. The Twilight Terror is a course will send you hurtling down from the absurd height and careening through the spikes and protrusions of the mad constructions of this spire.

The Twilight Hammer cultists permanently scarred this beautiful land in their quest to awaken the old gods. It does make for some heart-pumping racing though. Are you brave enough to try?

Dun Morogh

Just breathe in that cold mountain air, dragonrider! Do you find it invigorating? The mountains of Dun Morogh are the highest in the Eastern Kingdom. The snowpack glaciers are what feeds the rivers and streams that creates the verdant fields across this land. This is the home of the Dwarven Bronzebeard Clan as well as the gnomes of Gnomeregan.

Too bad cold air is terrible for racing. We summoned in some fire elementals to warm the Ironforge Interceptor course. They are a bit aggressive, but that is all part of the fun, right? Would you like to give it a go?

Cape of Stranglethorn

Arrrgh, matey! Welcome to Booty Bay!

Apologies. I find this town fun and charming. The ramshackle construction, the pirate ships, the wanton lawlessness of the place. I cannot help but get into character.

Now as for the Booty Bay Blast, take care, there are a lot of tight spaces you need to fly through, from jungle trees to oil derricks. I'm telling you this because I may have placed a friendly wager with a goblin on your success. Can you help me out?

Eastern Plaguelands

Hello, dragonrider. The Eastweald province of Lordaeron used to be beautiful before the Blight. Now, it is filled with toxic mushrooms, the strange architecture of the Nerubians, and death walks the land.

However, the Plaguelands Plunge course is rather exciting. Evil architecture often has fun tower toppers to fly through. The mushrooms are spongy, so you won't get injured when you fly into it. You may not want to breathe in too deeply during the Plunge though, there are still a few plague cauldrons left bubbling. Do you want to try it?

Outland Cup

Hellfire Hustle

The Hellfire Hustle has you flying over bottomless canyons, demon infested battlefields and skimming the Dark Portal itself. Ponder all the strife that has occurred in the modern era, the wars between orcs and humans, the invasion of the Legion, all because of this one stone archway.

Don't get too distracted, that dread portal has quite a few unexpected protrusions that will knock you right out of the race. Think of the weight of history as you keep your eyes on the course.

Coilfang Caper

This race is the Coilfang Caper. So named after the plot to steal what water remains in this world. The naga of Coilfang Reservoir stole what was left of the Zangar Sea, and from the moist spongy ground these great mushrooms sprouted.

Fortunately for racers like us, it gives us a complicated course with many tight turns and obstacles. Less fortunate for the thirsty survivors still in Outland.

Blade's Edge Brawl

This is the Blade's Edge Brawl.

The inspiration for it came from a talk that Sabellian gave. He talked of the struggles he faced in Outland. How Gruul the Dragonkiller used the spear like terrain of the Blade's Edge Mountains as weapons against his flight. Horrifying.

But I must admit, as a racing enthusiast all I could think of during that emotional talk was what an awesome course that would make.

Telaar Tear

Welcome to the Telaar Tear.

We can see one of the last intact settlements of the draenei overlooking these plains. If you could travel the timeways you would see how most of Draenor was once as verdant and beautiful as this. Wait--what year is this?

Right! Never mind all that. You know all about Draenor in the past, but you might not remember how twisty the canyons of Nagrand are. Very.

Razorthorn Rise Rush

This race is the Razorthorn Rise Rush.

This grove of twisty, thorn covered bramble the size of trees holds a special place in the hearts of us Timekeepers. This was one of the first places you mortals visited once you started flying in Outland.

You couldn't have picked a more exciting spot. If the tight turns don't run you into the twisting trunks, the spiky thorns may just scrape you off your

Auchindoun Coaster

Welcome to the Auchindoun Coaster.

We try not to set too many of our races on holy ground, its disrespectful. But after all this place had suffered with the warlocks, demons, arakkoa, ethereals, and whatever Murmur was; there isn't all that much left to revere other than the ruins.

Ruins make some of the best racecourses. What better way to get to know a culture than diving through ancient stonework, and avoiding the surprisingly strong metal reinforcements in their structures?

Tempest Keep Sweep

The Tempest Keep Sweep will send you hurtling along the edge of the Twisting Nether, skimming the manaforge infrastructure before sending you into Tempest Keep itself.

I must confess, I love the crystalline aesthetic of the naaru. So, if you are wondering why you are flying so close to the crystal spires of the keep and attendant ships, it's to give you as close a look of their beauty as possible.

Shattrath City Sashay

Welcome to the Shattrath City Sashay where you will be turning and weaving through the overpasses and rooftops of this refuge. You'll even get a chance to visit the naaru A'dal as you swoop through their audience chamber.

The city doesn't have much in the way of entertainment for all the refugees, so let's give them a show!

Shadowmoon Slam

The Shadowmoon Slam takes a thrilling run through the courtyard of the fel- turned Black Temple that was once ruled by Illidan Stormrage himself.

I wanted to try the race myself once but... I was not prepared!

Eco-dome Excursion

Welcome to the Eco-Dome Excursion.

We timekeepers are big fans of forest courses, but due to the manaforges, there are precious little plants left in the Netherstorm. But the ethereals had the foresight to construct the eco-domes.

When I say foresight, I mean "business acumen". You don't want to know what I paid to secure permission for you to fly inside.

Warmaul Wingding

This is the Warmaul Wingding race. I think we should be quick about this before the ogres realize we are here. These Warmaul ogres are reportedly able to drive off the gronn. We timekeepers are racing enthusiasts, not warriors.

I came here for floating islands, deep canyons, and tight turns. I leave that fighting to you champions.

Skettis Scramble

The Skettis Scramble awaits.

This tree filled valley that is perfect for racing was a secret of the arakkoa for many years. The arakkoa have lost the ability to fly, and I generally don't want to remind people of their past trauma.

Unless those people are tremendous jerks, which most arakkoa are. Be sure to wave cheekily at them as you fly overhead at top speed.

Fel Pit Fracas

This race is the Fel Pit Fracas.

Sorry about the odor. And the fires. Actually, the whole environment is unpleasant. Gul'dan really did a number on this world. This toxic volcano is the least of his offenses. Still--yuck.

Keep your pace up, stay low to get as much vigor as possible, and stay out of the lava. I know that seems obvious, but you mortals love to stand in the fire.
