A.Z.E.R.O.T.H. is an alternate universe of Azeroth, visited during the Time Rifts. A.Z.E.R.O.T.H. is in a time when King Mechagon has succeeded in his effort to return anyone of flesh into robotic parts.[1]
The Overlord Mechagon encounter takes place in a unique mechanical arena modified from the High Tinkertory.
History

Azerite extractors do exist in this timeline, implying that Sargeras might have stabbed the planet in this timeline too.
