U:\RAN.2 /SWIFT is a mechanostrider that appears during A.Z.E.R.O.T.H. invasions in Time Rifts circling around Tyrhold Reservoir in Thaldraszus.
Players tasked with defeating the mechanostrider should land in front of it while it runs around the area. Getting run over will have the player mount the mech, where they can then use the vehicle interface's one ability to defeat it.
Defeating the mechanostrider will cause the 
[Mechanized Cog] to appear on the ground, which starts 
[70] Cogs in a Machine, one of the criteria of 
[Temporal Acquisitions Specialist].

The name of this creature references DOS/Command prompt instructions to launch a computer program.
