Mechoriginator

The Mechoriginator can be seen from the High Tinkertory in Operation: Mechagon.

The Mechoriginator is a device in Mechagon City that King Mechagon planned to use in order to purge the Curse of Flesh from Azeroth and mechanize the entire world.[1] Prince Erazmin has stated that the device could theoretically work as his father planned, and convert races changed by the Curse of Flesh to what they had been originally; gnomes would turn back into mechagnomes, dwarves into earthen, vrykul into iron, and so on. However, any race that is not descended from the titan-forged (for example goblins, trolls, elves, or alien races) would be eradicated completely.[2] Whether his father knew about this flaw or simply didn't care is uncertain.

The device was used on Kervo Cogpipe as a form of "reward" for informing King Mechagon about Prince Erazmin's betrayal. It successfully mechanized him, but also seems to have incapacitated Kervo's brain.[3]

Alternate timeline

In a future alternate timeline, King Mechagon won and activated the Mechoriginator.[4][5] However, it seems that in this reality its effect was slightly flawed. According to alternate Izira Gearsworn, Mechagon's research was "corrupted", and the device incinerated most living things, turning Mechagon Island into a burnt wasteland, which not only has robots but some undead as well. Those who were partially mechanized like herself and Erazmin survived, although many were killed or converted in the ensuing battle.

In this timeline, Bondo Bigblock made a deal with Mechagon to be completely mechanized. Ironically, he is one of the mobs that can drop the  [Blueprint: Personal Time Displacer], which can be loaded into Pascal-K1N6 to create the  [Personal Time Displacer], a device that allows the player to return to the dystopian version of Mechagon without Chromie's aid.
