The Zandalarian Emissary is an elite Zandalari troll formerly found in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. He gives the 
[Spirit of Zandalar] buff.
During the Season of Discovery, they also appear in Stranglethorn Vale's Rebel Camp and Grom'gol Base Camp, as well as in Ratchet, Duskwood, Tirisfal Glades, and at the Durotar zeppelin tower; and can allow players to opt out of the Blood Moon event.
