Molthor is a Zandalari troll found in the Swollen Vault on the Isle of Thunder. He becomes accessible after access to Stormsea Landing is gained.
History
Molthor, titled "Hand of Rastakhan", was on Yojamba Isle with a small group of Zandalari trolls aiding adventurers banish Hakkar the Soulflayer from Azeroth.
After Hakkar was defeated, Molthor and his fellow trolls headed back to Zandalar.[1] That was until the Cataclysm destroyed part of their lands. He, along with those invested in Zul, made their way back to the main lands to reunite the tribes, and eventually to Pandaria. Due to the Zandalari's alliance with Lei Shen, Molthor can be now be found on the Isle of Thunder as a rare mob, after the completion of 
[35] A Bold Idea or 
[35] Decisive Action.
Abilities
Thundering Sigil — Grants the Thunder Crush ability.
Thunder Crush — Crush enemies in a cone in front of the caster for 245,124 to 284,875 Nature damage. 1.84 sec cast. (7 sec cooldown)
Tribal Mask — Grants the Horrific Visage ability.
Horrific Visage 30 yd range — Strikes fear in an enemy, causing it to flee in terror for 8 sec. 1.84 sec cast. Interruptible. (7 sec cooldown)
Scarab Brooch — Grants the Scarab Swarm ability.
- Scarab Swarm — Summons a bevy of scarabs to attack the enemy. 1.84 sec cast. Uninterruptible. Summons roughly 10 Scarabs with 39,394 health that hit for ~1000 on cloth. (7 sec cooldown)
Strategy
Get out of the Thunder Crush area of effect, interrupt the Horrific Visage, and wind up an AoE to take out the Scarab Swarm.
