Gossip

Caldera of the Menders, Forbidden Reach

<Viridia is a leader who is looked up to by all of her subordinates. So much so that when she finds herself free of the military regiment and decides to go independant[sic], her old battallion[sic] tries to follow her even though they no longer have orders to do so. They trust her judgement[sic] and will fight by her side to the end.

As for Viridia herself, she is a kind person Who trained healers, not soldiers. She is a combat medic used to battlefield conditions and no stranger to stress. However, she would rather heal than hurt, and prefers a life of neutrality in the wars of the the[sic] world. >

Old Weyrn Grounds, Forbidden Reach

I gathered all that I could. The drakonid have decided to follow us.

We have been gathering supplies as we made our way here but there is not enough life on this island to support this many dracthyr. There never was.

Our position feels very precarious here.

When we leave here, we will leave behind our old ways. No more weyrns, no more dragons, no more chain of command.

We will be free. And that may prove to be terrifying for some of our kind.

Valdrakken

This city is so... decadent.

Since the Forbidden Reach I have seen so much pain and suffering in this landscape and here stands a testament to the power of dragons and a reminder of how little they used it to aid others before now.

Gossip What do you think about Neltharion?

Neltharion made us.
What is more, he made us to help him with the tasks he could not do himself. That is how I will chose[sic] to remember him.
I will continue to bring mercy and healing to those who need it and help heal this world of its woes. I will continue to help mend the scars left behind by Neltharion, both from his time as Deathwing and before.
And I will do this not because he made me to do this, but because I choose to do this. It is the right thing to do, and someone MUST choose healing over war.

Gossip Where are the rest of the Healing Wings?

Currently they are dispersed throughout the Dragon Isles helping where they can.
Eventually we will have enough resources and knowledge to mount an expedition back to the Forbidden Reach to recover those who are still trapped in stasis within the creches there.
For now, we wait, we heal, we help, and we gather our strength.

Gossip How have you been adapting to the world?

Life moves at a different pace now.
Everywhere we went, there were those in need. Those who needed healing or a reprieve. I continued to help as best I could, but worried with every step that I was forcing my weyrn down a path of service they should not have to be subjected to.
I tried to disband my weyrn. Three times in matter of fact. Most refused. I insisted we had free will, that they should feel free to pursue their own goals and dreams. Too many continued to follow me.
So I stopped asking for them to leave, and started giving them orders on how best to use their skills for good.
