Caria lies in the very heart of Legion territory - they'll see our forces immediately if we try to launch an all-out attack.

Failure is not an option.

However, if you go alone you might be able to slip by unnoticed long enough to avoid the brunt of the Legion army.

Remember, <name> - this is not a rescue mission. The power of the Aldrachi Warblades could tip the scales of this war in our favor; Allari and her men are expendable if need be.

We aren't going to get our forces anywhere near the Broken Shore without getting knocked out of the sky.

I think it best if you handle this matter yourself - there are none among us more capable on the field of battle.

Save Allari and her men if you can, but the Aldrachi Warblades will do far more for this war than warm bodies.

Mount the Illidari Fel Bat to start. After a brief loading screen, the player arrives at the Shattered Edge, with dead Wrathguard Cleavers, Ravenous Felstalkers, Mo'arg Brutalizers, and Burning Crushers as well as Demon Hunters littering the ground. Allari the Souleater is in front of, chained on a pillar.

Scenario: The Aldrachi Warblades

Stage 1: Picking Up the Pieces

Free Allari from her chains.

• Free Allari the Souleater.

Allari the Souleater yells: <Name>, is that you? Finally some good news!

Click on her to continue.

Stage 2 – Their Blood Will Flow

Cut through the demon hordes and destroy their portals.

• Destroy the Legion portals.

Avoid purple orbs that push you backward.

Allari the Souleater says: Caria left me for dead... the fool!

Allari the Souleater says: My wounds are severe. I fear you must push ahead alone.

Allari the Souleater says: I will join you as soon as I am able.

Continue forward.

Caria Felsoul says: <Name>... I thought I sensed a paltry whelp wandering where it shouldn't.

Lesser Imps and Aldrachi Soulwraiths attack. Dead Illidari Enforcers with the Aldrachi Brand buff can be seen.

First portal destroyed

Allari the Souleater says: Watch out! Doomguard headed your way!

Caria Felsoul says: I'll reduce this entire canyon to rubble if I have to!

Doomherald Ak'vesh says: The Warblades will consume you!

After killing the Ak'vesh, proceed to the second portal.

Stage 3 – A River of Souls

Two of Caria's lieutenants are performing a dark ritual. They must be stopped.

• Eliminate Doomherald Saera.
• Eliminate Doomherald Taraar.

Caria Felsoul says: Saera! Taraar! They approach. Do not fail me!

Allari joins you as you approach Hope's End.

Allari the Souleater says: Do you see those corpses? Their souls have been torn right out of their bodies!

Allari the Souleater says: I think we can make it across with a little... finesse.

Jump across the lava. More corpses can be seen, including Argent Dawnbringers, Righteous Crusaders, and Argent Phalanx.

Doomherald Saera says: Put your back into it, Taraar. Quickly!

Doomherald Taraar says: Me?! If you would focus, we'd be done by now!

Attackt the two eredar.

Doomherald Saera says: Keep its soul intact. Caria has plans for this one.

Doomherald Taraar says: At last something reasonable escapes your lips!

Doomherald Saera says: You are too late! He comes...

Doomherald Taraar says: My eternal soul... for Caria...

Fel Familiars join the heralds.

Stage 4 – In the Darkness of the Pit

Gorgonnash has risen to stop your assault.

• Destroy Gorgonnash.

Gorgonnash says: What's that smell? Is that... Illidari?

Gorgonnash says: Caria must complete her work. You will not interfere!

Gorgonnash says: Reesh Archim, galar.

Gorgonnash says: Such delicious elven flesh!

Gorgonnash says: Pathetic.

Gorgonnash yells: DEATH IS ALL THAT AWAITS YOU!

Burning Crushers appear.

Allari the Souleater says: I can't take these infernals alone!

Stage 5 – Nowhere to Hide

Use your demonic senses to pickup Caria's trail.

• Find Caria's trail.

Allari the Souleater yells: UNGH! I'm hit!

Allari the Souleater says: You... must continue. The Warblades are worth... any sacrifice!

Allari the Souleater says: I will secure a way out of here. Caria is yours.

Allari leaves.

Use your [Spectral Sight] to find Caria's trail!

Felsoul Legionnaires are behind Collapsed Rocks leading to the Lost Temple.

Stage 6 – Vengeance for the Illidari

Caria Felsoul's time has come.

• Destroy Caria Felsoul.

Click on the rocks to continue and kill the legionnaires, Felsoul Chaosweavers, Felsoul Bloodseekers, and Lesser Imps.

Felsoul Legionnaire yells: They've breached the temple! Defend the Warblades!

Felsoul Legionnaire yells: You will meet your end!

Caria Felsoul says: The ritual is nearly ready. Stop them, you mongrels!

Caria Felsoul says: I will claim every soul on this pathetic world!

Proceed further until you find Caria. She transforms a legionnaire into an Aldrachi Revenant. Kill it.

Caria Felsoul says: The Legion is only the beginning. My blades call upon power from beyond!

Aldrachi Revenant says: Your soul will be ours...

Approach Caria. She sacrifices Argent corpses.

Caria Felsoul says: For every soul I claim, my power grows. I will rule this world... ALL worlds!

Caria Felsoul yells: WITNESS THE MIGHT OF THE ALDRACHI!

Attack her.

Caria Felsoul says: Your destiny awaits!

Caria Felsoul says: Varedis has shown me the true path. The Legion can make us strong once more!

Caria Felsoul says: Behold but a fragment of the Aldrachi!

Caria summons Soul Fragments.

Caria Felsoul says: Yes... I can feel your will weakening.

Caria Felsoul says: Do you not see? Kil'jaeden offers power Illidan never could!

Caria Felsoul says: I WILL claim your soul, even if I have to tear it from your lifeless corpse!

Caria Felsoul says: I will... be... reborn...

Final Stage – Right by Ascension

Claim the Aldrachi Warblades as your own.

• Claim the Aldrachi Warblades.

Click on the weapons. A short cutscene shows you wielding them. At this point, the scenario is complete.

Allari the Souleater says: Well fought, but Legion reinforcements are approaching as we speak. We must depart.

Allari is nearby. Click on the Illidari Fel Bat to return to Dalaran. Then go to the Fel Hammer to turn the quest in.
