Biography
Early Life
Caedus was born in Brill about fifty years before the dark portal opened. He was happily married to Lisa James-Arnold for many years. However, her death resulted in him studying in the way of the Necromancer in order to revive her. His studies caught the attention of the Lich King, who offered him a place in the Cult of the Damned, which he quickly accepted. Caedus was sent to Naxxramas where he trained under Noth the Plaguebringer.
Defection
Caedus attempts to resurrect his dead wife, but fails due to sever decomposition of her body. Enraged and humiliated at his failure, Caedus flees Naxxramas. Caedus wanders around the Eastern Plaguelands until he runs into Alexander Goldblood. Offered a spot in the Eye of Azeroth by Alexander Goldblood, Caedus quickly accepts.
