Notes
Just to the northwest. Shado-Pan Trainers are running paths through the spinning blades. They move at 110% run speed and will push players out of their way into the blades. Avoid them.

Patch changes
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now requires surviving for 60 seconds, down from 90. Quest now given by Yumi Goldenpaw instead of Leven Dawnblade. - Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
