The Golden Pagoda[57, 43] is a subzone of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Found between the two gigantic mogu statues overlooking the western half of the vale, this place once housed the Golden Pagoda itself. When the mogu invaded the vale, the pagoda became a meeting place for the Golden Lotus to enlist adventurers from the Horde and Alliance to aid them. Several important members of the Lotus were stationed here, including Leven Dawnblade, Rook Stonetoe, Sun Tenderheart, and Kun and Anji Autumnlight.

When Garrosh Hellscream awakened the Sha of Pride, feedback from the event destroyed the Golden Pagoda and surrounding areas, killing many of the residents there. All Golden Lotus quests were relocated to the Setting Sun Garrison on the western side of the zone. The area is now a desecrated crater, home only to the sha that now haunt the vale.

After the Vale of Eternal Blossoms was restored, the pagoda was also reconstructed.
