Sanctum Guardian Xerestrasza is a red dragonflight dragon (in high elf form) that can be found in the Ruby Sanctum. Baltharus the Warborn, one of the three mini-bosses, is attempting to get through the barrier she has created and is hiding inside of. She is one of the very few survivors after the attack by the black dragonflight.
Xerestrasza appears at the Ruby Dragonshrine during The Deaths of Chromie scenario, she is leading the defense against a big Scourge army and needs the adventurer and Chromie's aid to push them back. While small pockets of undead come through from time to time in no hassle, Xerestrasza notes that the larger force is unusual and their true commander has hidden himself.
