Qiraji is the primary language of the qiraji.

The language written upon  [The Scroll of Skyriss] is described as hurting the brain of mortals that even look at it, but it's not clear whether this language is Qiraji or another tongue.

Qiraji primer (official translations)

Here are a few common Qiraji phrases and words, for which the translations have been officially confirmed by Blizzard:

Speculation

This article or section includes speculation, observations or opinions possibly supported by lore or by Blizzard officials. It should not be taken as representing official lore.

Some Qiraji words may be learned from various pieces of equipment. However, none of this has been verified and is just speculation. The Qiraji language may partially follow the Object Verb Subject pattern, I.E. "kingdom" = object "Qiraji" = subject

  • "Ne" = "The"
  • "Ret" = "Blood"
  • "Zek" = "Drink/Drinker"
  • "Ahn" = "Kingdom/Domain"
  • "Un" = "Land"
  • "Goro" = "God"

Phrases (speculation)

The subtitles of Ahn'Qiraj: The Fallen Kingdom and Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom may be literal translations. If so, Qiraji may mean "the fallen".

The language is presumably related to, if not the same as, Shath'Yar since the qiraji are descended from the aqir which came from the flesh of the Old Gods.
