General

• Starting zones that scaled between level 1 and 20 now scale up to level 60.
• Two new faces for female worgen with glowing yellow eyes and two new faces for male worgen without glowing eyes.
• Flight master mounts now pitch and roll while flying.

Quests

•  [60] As the Dust Settles: No longer requires prior completion of  [50R] Battle of Dazar'alor.
•  [60] The King's Death: No longer requires prior completion of  [50R] Battle of Dazar'alor.
•  [50W] The Laboratory of Mardivas: The warning prompt has been changed to clarify that there is a weekly cooldown.

NPCs

• The following NPCs have received a new model:
  • Calia Menethil
  • Valeera Sanguinar
  • Wrathion
  • Zekhan
• Faction leaders in the Orgrimmar and Stormwind Embassies replaced by Ji Firepaw and Aysa Cloudsinger respectively as well as by generic allied race representatives.

Achievements

•  [Only the Penitent...]: Fandral's Flames now require only one player each to be activated.

Items

•  [Darkmoon Top Hat] is no longer unique and no longer stacks.
•  [Remnant of the Void]: Quality changed from common to poor and can now be sold for 1.
• The buff from the  [Draught of Ten Lands] potion now has a visible timer.
• Deepcoral Pods are now usable only in Nazjatar.

Dungeons and raids

• General
  • The first heroic dungeon a day now rewards 140 40.
    • Subsequent heroic dungeons reward 93 60.
  • Timewalking dungeons now reward 93 60.
• Legacy
  • Everbloom
    • The shortcut to Witherbark is now blocked by plants which would otherwise have disappeared upon the boss's defeat.
    • The shortcut to Ancient Protectors no longer exists. Previously, the terrain allowed players to jump over the hill while mounted.
  • Blackrock Foundry
    • The Heat Regulators in the Blast Furnace encounter now require only 3 bombs each instead of 27 (based on Mythic difficulty).

World environment

• The Deepflame Campfire at Mezzamere is now much larger.

Bug fixes

•  [50WQ] The Cycle of Life: An issue introduced in patch 8.2.0 that caused the camera view to initially be angled incorrectly has been fixed.

User Interface

• Dressing room
  • The player character now has a light source directed at them.
  • The rotation of the player character is no longer remembered between subsequent openings and closings of the window.
  • The arrows for controlling rotation and resetting to default position were removed.
  • The zoom is now smooth.
