Exarch Menelaous is a draenei located at Azure Watch in Azuremyst Isle.

He was busy and the adventurer delivered him several objects, including blood elf plans, which he wanted to inform Prophet Velen about, and a crystal obtained from a nightsaber. He admitted that he had gotten reports of crushed crystal fragments showing up in the river to the east and chose to ignore the implications, but realized that the beasts' crazed behavior was their fault and asked the adventurer to kill the infected nightstalkers to prevent aggression from spreading. He also learned of the traitor serving Kael'thas Sunstrider in Admiral Odesyus's crew and promised to notify Velen about this too. He was informed of the prophecy and the situation in Stillpine Hold. With everything they did, Menelaous sent the adventurer to the frontline in Bloodmyst Isle. Later, Kessel on Bloodmyst sent the adventurer back to Azuremyst to warn its inhabitants about the Sunhawk blood elves planning to launch an offensive upon Azuremyst. Menelaous promised to prepare their defenses.

After the blood elves and Sironas were defeated, Menelaous was one of the many who journeyed to Blood Watch to celebrate the hero of Bloodmyst and Azuremyst.

Menelaous was present in the Exodar during the Tishamaat and can be seen conversing with High Chief Stillpine and Stillpine the Younger in the Trader's Tier.
