Patch changes

  • Dragonflight Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Moved to row 9 (was row 6) and now increases damage while Stealth is active by 5/10% (was 4/8%).
  • Dragonflight Hotfix (2023-05-11): Fixed an issue that prevented Nightstalker's damage bonus from applying in its intended circumstances.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Fixed an issue that prevented Nightstalker's damage bonus from applying in its intended circumstances.
  • Dragonflight Hotfix (2022-12-14): Fixed an issue that caused Nightstalker to provide a damage bonus larger than intended for some skills under certain conditions.
  • Dragonflight Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): No longer increases movement speed. Now a row 6 class talent (was a level 25 Assassination and Subtlety talent).
  • Shadowlands Hotfix (2020-12-14):
    • Now increases damage dealt while [Stealth] is active by 25% (was 50%).
    • Now increases damage dealt while Stealth or [Shadow Dance] is active by 8% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 12%).
  • Shadowlands Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 25 (was 30).
  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer available to Outlaw rogues. Now available at level 30 (was 15).
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now increases damage dealt by abilities while stealthed by 50%, up from 25%.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 15 talent (was a tier 1 Subtlety talent). Speed increase while stealthed increased from 10% to 20%. Now increases damage done while stealthed instead of reducing the cooldown of Stealth.
  • Cataclysm Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Now reduces the cooldown of Stealth by 2/4 seconds, and instead of negating the movement penalty from Stealth, it adds a 5/10% movement speed bonus (stacking with other effects) while Stealthed.
  • Cataclysm Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Added.
