The Felvine Shards are located in Dire Maul. The shards can only be acquired after killing Alzzin the Wildshaper, who is the final boss of Dire Maul's Warpwood Quarter (east). After killing him, the Felvine Shards fall from the Felvine and can be picked up, even without the quest to take them.

This item is an objective of

Trivia
The model for the Felvine itself is the same as that of the Underspore.
