In Hearthstone.
Whizbang is a gnome that emerges from Ominous Portals during Hearthstone's 10th Anniversary at the event locations in Valdrakken, Stormwind City, and Durotar. As he appears, he tosses his cards and summons his minions: Chillwind Yeti, Boulderfist Ogre, Patches, and Dr. Boom. After they are defeated, he retreats back inside the portal.
