[Seal of Command]	19+	Retribution Retribution 10		Gives the Paladin a chance to deal additional Holy damage equal to 70% of the damage of the attack. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time. Lasts 30 sec. Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, instantly causing X to X Holy damage, X to X if the target is stunned or incapacitated.
Level 20

[Holy Shield]	39+	Protection Protection 30 Blessing of Sanctuary 1		Increases chance to block by 30% for 10 sec, and deals X Holy damage for each attack blocked while active. Damage caused by Holy Shield causes 20% additional threat. Each block expends a charge. 8 charges.
[Holy Shock]	39+	Holy Holy 30 Divine Favor 1		Blasts the target with Holy energy, causing X to X Holy damage to an enemy, or X to X healing to an ally.
[Repentance]	39+	Retribution Retribution 30		Puts the enemy target in a state of meditation, incapacitating them for up to 6 sec. Any damage caused will awaken the target. Only works against Humanoids.
