The Toxic Airfield.

The Toxic Airfield is a zone of Dun Morogh filled with Toxic Sludges and Living Contaminations. After Operation: Gnomeregan and the Irradiator 3000, that which remained after the explosion turned into Toxic Airfield we know it today. All the gnomes that died or were dying during the mission turned into Toxic Sludge. Corporal Fizzwhistle and his Gnomeregan Recruits can be found here combating the contamination. Additionally, Engineer Grindspark will send players here to help with the cleanup using his GS-9x Multi-Bot. While no one controls this area, Gibblewilt makes his presents known here.
