Gates of Ironforge
The Gates of Ironforge[60.5, 33.18] (or the Ironforge Main Gate)[1] lead from the lands of Dun Morogh into the City of Ironforge proper. They are a grand sight, and are visible from far across Dun Morogh. They can be reached by heading north up the great ramp in central Dun Morogh, or southwest from the Commons. A huge statue of High King Modimus Anvilmar stands guard inside the Gates.[2]
During the Legion Invasions, a small Illidari camp was briefly set up here. It would occasionally come under attack by Fel Bats. Thunderbrew Specials could also be looted from here.
