Tormak the Scarred is the Chieftain of the Camp Oneqwah taunka. He works alongside Scout Vor'takh to aid the Horde's efforts in the area. He is primarily concerned with defeating the ancient enemy of the taunka, the iron dwarves in Dun Argol.
Tormak ends up leaving Northrend to journey Azeroth with Sage Paluna. They eventually ended up on Draenor at Frostwall if the stables are built.
Following the war against the Jailer, at some point he had returned to Camp Oneqwah and resumed Chieftain duties. The town has grown significantly since its original incarnation. As the brothers of Bronzebeard clan traveled through Northrend, Muradin Bronzebeard reflected that he had heard nothing but good things about Tormak.[1]

Notes
- Despite his rather poor treatment of Prospector Rokar (plus his compliance with the intention to use the dwarf to capture Brann himself), the Bronzebeard brothers stated they had heard nothing but good things concerning Tormak when they visited Grizzly Hills in World of Warcraft: Exploring Azeroth: Northrend.
- This may infer that Tormak eventually released the Prospector; rather than hold him hostage indefinitely or kill him as he almost had previously, despite Rokar holding up his end of the bargain.
