Terros is the second boss of the Vault of the Incarnates. It was summoned by the Primalists.

Adventure Guide

Primalists sought to pull Terros, an unyielding force of destruction, from the elemental plane. However, their ritual was interrupted. Trapped between two worlds, this hulking terror seeks to free himself and obliterate everything in his path.

Overview

Terros fights his assaliants with an onslaught of destructive attacks, launching Rock Blasts that create Awakened Earth throughout the chamber as the battle rages. These pulsing pillars of earth inflict constant damage and are destroyed by Concussive Slam.

Upon reaching 100 energy, Terros casts Resonating Annihiliation, destroying Awakened Earth and permanently covering a portion of the chamber in Resonant Aftermath.

Damage Dealers

Rock Blast inflicts a large amount of damage and creates Awakened Earth.
Shattering Impact and Resonating Annihilation cause Fractured Rubble to fall from the ceiling.

Healers

Rock Blast inflicts a large amount of damage and creates Awakened Earth.
Awakened Earth inflicts constant damage to all players and releases a Seismic Assault when destroyed.

Tanks

Rock Blast inflicts a large amount of damage and creates Awakened Earth.
Concussive Slam creates a line of tectonic energy that destroys Awakened Earth.

Abilities

Infused Fallout — Terros strikes the ground, infusing all players with volatile dust that inflicts damage every 1 sec. If two afflicted players touch, the harmful dust is removed in an Explosive Reaction.
- Explosive Reaction — The dust from Infused Fallout explodes, inflicting Nature damage to all players per application consumed in the explosion. The blast causes the ground underneath the epicenter to become Reactive Bedrock.
  - Reactive Bedrock — A jagged earth column erupts from the ground, inflicting Nature damage to players within 4 yards and knocking them upwards.
Rock Blast — Terros launches a swirling vortex of energized earth at a player, inflicting Nature damage to all players when it impacts, reduced by the number of players within 12 yards of the impact location. Causes eruptions of Awakened Earth. Afterward, an Aftershock occurs at the impact location.
- Aftershock — The aftershock of Rock Blast inflicts Nature damage to players within 12 yards, knocking them upwards.
- Awakened Earth — The earth erupts beneath several players, inflicting Nature damage to players within 2.5 yards and knocking them back. Upon erupting, begins to inflict Nature damage to all players every 2 sec until destroyed. Upon destruction, releases a Seismic Assault.
  - Seismic Assault — Seismic Assault inflicts Nature damage to all players. Inflicts additional Nature damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.
Resonating Annihilation — Upon reaching 100 energy, Terros unleashes his volatile power with a brutal slam. This slam inflicts Nature damage to all players in a frontal cone, destroys Awakened Earth, and leaves Resonant Aftermath in its wake. The cavern shutters from the force of the impact, inflicting additional Nature damage to all players and causing Fractured Rubble to fall from the ceiling.
- Resonant Aftermath — The earth pulses with resonating energy, inflicting Nature damage every 1 sec to players within the area.
- Fractured Rubble — Rubble falls from the ceiling, inflicting Nature damage to players within 6 yards of the impact location and leaving behind Resonant Aftermath.
  - Resonant Aftermath — The earth pulses with resonating energy, inflicting Nature damage every 1 sec to players within the area.
Shattering Impact — Terros fractures the earth, inflicting Nature damage to players within 12 yards of the impact location and knocking them upwards. Causes Fractured Rubble to fall from the ceiling.
- Fractured Rubble — Rubble falls from the ceiling, inflicting Nature damage to players within 6 yards of the impact location and leaving behind Resonant Aftermath.
  - Resonant Aftermath — The earth pulses with resonating energy, inflicting Nature damage every 1 sec to players within the area.
Concussive Slam — Terros discharges a line of tectonic energy that inflicts Physical damage to players and increases damage taken by 50% for 45 sec. This effect stacks. Destroys any Awakened Earth caught in the blast.
Frenzied Devastation — Upon filling the chamber with Resonant Aftermath, Terros begins radiating devastating waves of earthen energy that inflict Nature damage and increase damage taken from Frenzied Devastation by 50%.
Tectonic Barrage — If no player is within reach, Terros continually emits tectonic pulses that inflict Nature damage.
