Teller is a black dragonspawn located with Wellington in central Valdrakken and in Dragonbane Keep in the Waking Shores.
He also attended the gathering at Amirdrassil when it bloomed on the Dragon Isles after Fyrakk's death.

Who are the Obsidian Outcasts?
- We're a group of black drakonid that banded together to work on odd jobs and eke out a living. We used to live in Dragonbane Keep, but when the djaradin resurfaced they stole our home from us. Now all we want is to be able to live there again.
