Dragonbane Keep
Dragonbane Keep is a keep located just directly south of the Obsidian Citadel. The area was originally a djaradin holding; though appears to have been abandoned when the djaradin entered their hibernation with the departure of the dragons. In the time of their disappearance, the keep became the home of the Obsidian Outcasts, a group of black dragonkin, until the return of the Qalashi tribe djaradin; who forcibly ejected the Outcasts from the keep. The keep is a rotating major community objective, with the Obsidian Outcasts launching a massive siege of the area to re-establish their holding over the area and eject the Djaradin from their home. Players can lend their aid to this objective every few hours, allowing them to re-establish the keep as a safe area and receive leveled-loot from the chest at the end of the siege.
While the Keep is under Djaradin control, it can be very dangerous to traverse the area; as the Qalashi will man the wingshredders upon the walls, placing a rapidly stacking debuff on any player that flies over it. If the debuff reaches 10, the player will be dismounted; sometimes to fatal results. While the keep is under Outcasts control, these wingshredders are disabled and it is safe to fly over the area. While the area is reclaimed, the members of the Outcasts will take up various positions across the keep until the Djaradin take it over again. Narsysix and a Blacktalon Schemer (as well as their goat) can also be found here while the keep is reclaimed, thanking the player for helping the Outcasts.
