Stephanos is a draenei hippogryph flight master located at the Seat of the Naaru at the bottom of the East ramp leading down into draenei capital of the Exodar.
When Vindicator Maraad returned home from Northrend after the Shattering, Stephanos took his gryphon and told him about the human refugees on the isle.[1]
During the Battle for the Exodar, he was inside Velen's protective shield.
