Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener, is the sixth boss of the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

Adventure Guide

With the Sepulcher of the First Ones vulnerable, devourers swarm in to feed their hunger. Among these aberrations is the ravenous Skolex. As the great worm consumes vast amounts of ephemera, the Sepulcher is thrown out of balance and threatens to collapse upon itself.

Overview

All players stacking together triggers Skolex's Unending Hunger, which consumes all applications of Ephemera Dust, and makes Skolex more Insatiable, increasing its damage.

Skolex leaves behind Ephemera Dust at its location when it burrows for Unending Hunger.

Tanks

Skolex hits two targets at once with Wormhole Jaws.
At 100 energy, Skolex will cast a random combination of Riftmaw and Rend.

Damage Dealers

Dust Blast inflicts damage to the furthest targets and any targets within 10 yards.
Devouring Blood heals the boss for every player hit.
Skolex's reality boring spit will cause players hit by Retch to randomly teleport.

Healers

Skolex will clear Ephemera Dust on every player hit by Unending Hunger.
Unending Hunger deals intense damage to everyone where Skolex emerges.
Unending Hunger adds a stack of Insatiable to Skolex every time it is triggered.
