Dancing with Fate is a conduit for havoc demon hunters. It drops from Xav the Unfallen in the Theater of Pain, the Council of Blood in Castle Nathria, and Skolex in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
