Strength of the Pack is a conduit for survival hunters. It drops from the Stone Legion Generals in Castle Nathria, Domina Venomblade in Plaguefall, and Skolex in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
