Raw Crocolisk Belly is an item that drops from crocolisks in Pandaria. Like other cooking materials that are farmed by hunting creatures, the highest drop rates are from level 90 mobs, in this case those found in Dread Wastes and Vale of Eternal Blossoms (though since Patch 5.4 and Garrosh Hellscream's destruction of the Vale, there are very few crocolisks in that zone). While this item has limited uses compared to most other Pandaren cooking materials, it is needed to make certain raid feasts, including 
[Pandaren Treasure Noodle Cart Kit].
They can also be purchased from Nam Ironpaw at Halfhill Market in Valley of the Four Winds; one 
[Ironpaw Token] purchases a 
[Sack of Crocolisk Belly] which contains five of them.
