A Bundle of Groceries is a package of Pandarian cooking ingredients prepared for Nam Ironpaw at the Halfhill Market in Valley of the Four Winds. He will reward an 
[Ironpaw Token] upon delivery, repeatable as supplies allow. Each bundle is assembled by taking a large amount of a single ingredient and putting it into a container sold by Merchant Cheng nearby.

This quest introduces the empty containers needed to create each bundle, then unlocks repeatable turn-ins of groceries. Preserving Freshness in turn requires completing the introductory quests for each of the six "Pandaren Ways" of cooking (in Classic, after reaching 525 Cooking skill), which come after the overall introduction to Mists of Pandaria cooking beginning with

Bundles of Groceries are created by placing a full stack of Pandarian cooking ingredients - or three stacks, for 
[Golden Carp] - into the corresponding "empty" container, which are all sold by Merchant Cheng at the Halfhill Market for 1
